Tread Tech Ltd ("Tread Tech", "we", "us") is an independent tyre and vehicle maintenance business trading from 19 New Road, Yeadon, Leeds, LS19 7HW. Tread Tech Ltd is registered in England & Wales, company number 15299685, registered office 25 Kirkwood Avenue, Leeds, LS16 7JT.

Information we collect

• Contact form: name, company, telephone number, email address, enquiry type and message.
• Careers form: name, telephone number, email address, role of interest, experience/qualifications and message. The Careers form does not accept CV uploads — if you'd like to send a CV, please email it separately to info@treadtechtyres.co.uk.

Purpose of processing

We use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry, arrange garage or commercial tyre work, and to consider job applications.

Our lawful basis for processing

We process Contact form information on the basis of legitimate interests — responding to enquiries about our services is necessary to run our business, and we consider this does not override your interests or rights. We process Careers form information on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to any potential employment, and/or our legitimate interest in recruiting suitably qualified people. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Recipients and processors

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox using Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service. Web3Forms processes the data you submit solely in order to route it to us, and does not use it for any other purpose. We do not share your information with any other third party except where required by law.

How long we keep information

We retain enquiry and application information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and for our legitimate business records, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

• Under UK data protection law you have the right to: access the personal information we hold about you; have inaccurate information corrected; have your information erased in certain circumstances; restrict or object to our processing of your information in certain circumstances; and receive certain information in a portable format where applicable.
